Keep the stone, make three copies of the photo, frame and mat and give to the wee ones.
I have copied and framed their artwork to share with other grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Keep it and look for other interesting stones. Kids love all rocks and sticks.
What about calling it a sharing heart rock and they get to take turns looking after it? (this may be better in theory than in practice, I know)
