Several more inches of snow last night

How much has it snowed?

For want of room to put it,
snow is being trucked out of town.

These are not last year's icicles.
Last year, far more sunshine.

Even the icicles have icicles.

  1. That is what it looked like here in SE PA last year, but so far, it has not been bad in 2015. You have my sympathy.

    Six more weeks till spring.

  4. I might as well quit bitching about it not getting up to 32 degrees here in TX.... heck, if I were back in SE Ohio I'd be looking out at your icicles... well, one thing in common... we both have lovely red male cardinals... but... dawg! I can do without the snow, ice... or cold!

  7. I love the icicles but of course always have to be careful around them. That is interesting to truck the snow out of the area. Hopefully it will be an early spring for you guys.

  8. We are beginning a little warm spell here. It should melt most of the snow before the weather turns cold again.

  9. As a kid, I recall breaking icicles like that off the house. We'd walk around the neighborhood slurping on our icicles. Thought we were most cool.

    Makes me laugh now.

  16. We have yet another tiny skiff here--hardly enough to cover the patches of ice. Grrrrr. Gimme inches and inches, I beg!

Good news: the friends you/we sent a dish towel to the other week are looking at other items in your Etsy store now. Thus, a business grows, right?
