Male downy woodpecker
Nuthatch
That's it. Back to another fine spring day in Boston. I've worked as hard as the birds at my feeders to get up to and through the first meeting of the Board of Directors of Boston Township. That was last night. I am going to breakfast with Carol tomorrow and I will not go to work after.
I hope you enjoy your breakfast with your friend as much as the birds are enjoying the food you put out for them!
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely photos. Greetings!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your breakfast and day off, you deserve it. Btw, I took your advice and got wonderful news!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy a long weekend.
ReplyDeleteBirds always make me smile.
ReplyDeleteA little down time is in order.
ReplyDeleteGlad that winter didn't hang around too much :) Colorful friends coming to visit and partake in your feed :) Enjoy your time with your friend and your time off!

Such pretty little birds.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure they don't work anywhere bear as hard as you do.
The weather has been warm here of late too. I saw the trees starting to sprout new leaves today! This is way too early so it will probably turn cold again later. Love the little birds at your feeders. Glad you have a day off. I'm sure you will enjoy breakfast with Carol too.
ReplyDeleteGood on you for getting wrapped up on schedule - enjoy breakfast!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy breakfast and your day off.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your breakfast - and have a wonderful, wonderful day to yourself. You deserve it. And more.

very springlike here also. and for the next week as near as I can tell. it's been a very mild winter. I hope that doesn't bode badly for next summer.
ReplyDeletegreat bird shots
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me I need to clean and fill my feeders, enjoy your day off.
ReplyDeleteNow... if I were in Ohio I'd be putting up feeders like you have. Today I finally found a hummingbird feeder in a store and put it up... we're sure a long way from your Ohio winter!
ReplyDeleteI have the woodpeckers at my feeders here too. But I need to get out there and refill everything. They are a hungry lot right now
ReplyDeletePretty photos. Never saw a woodpecker in my life.
